Congratulations on the purchase of this handy little roaster!

Instructions For Use

To roast garlic, the bulb can be placed in the roaster whole of broken into cloves. Add a splash of olive oil and some seasoning to taste if desired.
Place the lid on and put in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for approx 30-40 mins.
(Adjust accordingly for fan-assisted ovens)
